"I would leave zero stars if I could. We booked through VRBO and the host claims to not have gotten the info. He lead us to believe it was ok and he would still get the place ready for us within 2 hrs (as half of our party had already arrived in the area). After a 4hr ride, we arrive to find he is cancelling our reservation and now he says he supposedly double booked. Either way he lied to us when he said he was getting it ready. "My husband , my 3 boys and my cousin stayed for two nights but if we could have stayed longer we would have. It was quiet, spacious but not too big. No other surrounding property but the village or town was only a 5 minute drive away which was convenient for a quick trip to Walmart. Close by wine trails that my husband explored. "House was perfect for our needs and as listed! Staying on a vineyard was picture perfect. Location was close to many wineries on Seneca lake although a bit off the main road. The included wine tour of Rock Stream Vineyards was fantastic and it was so fun to see the wine making process up close and to taste wines at various stages in the process. Host was easy to contact and we had no issues. Barney the cat was adorable and we loved being greeted by him every time we came back. "
